  1. Inner Packing

  • Sort bags by size, colour and handle-style, neatly flattened and stacked

  • Wrap each bundle with dust-proof film; use separator paper for pale-coloured stock to prevent colour transfer

  1. Outer Carton

  • Use heavy-duty double-wall corrugated boxes

  • Avoid over-packing to stop permanent creases on handles

  • Mark box exterior with size, GSM, colour, quantity and weight

  1. Eco-Friendly Pack Tips

  • Seal cartons by paper tape instead of plastic tape

  • Use kraft paper scraps as cushioning filler

  1. Unified Standard 

    All non-woven totes adopt the identical export-packaging process as your kraft paper-bag series.
